Conduct comprehensive assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and evaluations of patients with urological conditions in an outpatient clinic.Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of acute and chronic urological disorders with a focus on male infertility, hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, testicular/pelvic pain as well as urinary tract infections, kidney stones, and benign prostatic hyperplasia.Perform office-based urology procedures such as catheter placements, urethral dilations, and bladder instillations plus additional specialized procedures based upon the providers interest.Provide patient education on diagnostic findings, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care strategies.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure streamlined patient management and coordination of care.Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.Participate in outpatient-focused quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations and patient satisfaction.Serve as a resource for clinical staff by providing guidance on urological care protocols and treatments.Assist with urologic telehealth appointments and virtual care as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.
