Process a variety of student-oriented forms: petitions for modification of degree requirements, grade changes, tuition rebates, assist with veteran services authorizations, and other miscellaneous documents.Respond to student, faculty, staff, and the public by telephone, email, and written correspondence.Manage CNS graduation applications process, procedure, and coordination.Represent college at commencement ceremonies as assigned.Other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects and staffing events within CNS.
