RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner closely with the Procurement team on financial budgeting and forecasting and provides key insights to business impacts, financialimpact and performance.

• Assess current processes, systems, and databases and design and develop enhanced data automation and financial tools, e.g., dashboards, to support business review at-a-glance.

• Partners with Procurement category managers to identify, implement, and track cost-saving opportunities throughout the procurement process, optimizing overall spend and providing insights.

• Leverage data analytics to inform sourcing decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Work cross-functionally with VRO (Value Realization Office) and Supply Chain to ensure methodologies for value realization framework are built to support Procurement initiatives.

• Liaison with VRO, IT, Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership on process and productivity tools including management and training.

• Oversee complex financial analysis to support business decision making and evaluate financial trade offs.

• Manages the procurement finance team including working with category leads to oversee review of new projects across cross functional teams for approval and communicate and track project financials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Analytical and decision-making skills, including the ability to perform variance analysis, search and work-cross functionally to form recommendations.

• Demonstrated pattern of leadership, initiative and accountability.

• Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness.

• Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of complex projects.

• Ability to work and communicate across all levels of the organization.

• Advanced Excel skills

• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Supply Chain Finance experience.

LOCATION: Austin, MN (Global Headquarters).

A comprehensive relocation package will be provided to the Austin, MN area if needed.
