ManpowerGroup Logistics Coordinator in Austin, Indiana

Our client, a leader in logistics, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting the logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Austin, IN

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Schedule appointments within the logistics area.

  • Receive delivery or pickup requests from suppliers, carriers, and customers via Outlook.

  • Input information into SAP and proactively reach out to relevant parties for any necessary adjustments.

  • Maintain excellent attendance and reliability throughout the assignment.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers, ensuring a professional interaction.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Proficiency in computer and typing skills, particularly with MS Outlook and Teams.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
