Robert Half is working with a client in the Austin area that is looking for a part-time IT Support Technician for onsite support. The schedule is 3 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday, 9a-5p

POSITION: IT SUPPORT - (Part-time)

LOCATION: AUSTIN, 78735, ONSITE, TUESDAY - THURSDAY

DURATION: 6 MONTHS

RATE: $25-$28/HOUR

• Looking for an IT Support resource – 2 years experience.

• L1 support

• Conference room support

• Laptop collection - shipped to another office or warehouse

• Basic troubleshooting.

• Less than 40 end users in the office.

• Occasional events here. AV set up, projector and Zoom support

• 90% Mac uses

• Needs someone that is proactive and has the ability to identify issues and report back to the manager

  Requirements

• 2 years of desktop support

• Proficient with hardware support with Mac

• Software support with Mac

• Video and Conference room support

• Experience troubleshooting Zoom meetings

• Shipping and receiving of IT hardware
