ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Aurora, Nebraska

Our client in the Property Management Industry is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join their growing Engineering and Technical Services team. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of smooth operations, ensuring everything from electrical systems to leaky faucets function flawlessly in small to medium-sized buildings.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Aurora, NE

Pay Rate: $20-21/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.

  • Conduct inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make necessary repairs.

  • Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.

  • Utilize work order management systems and prioritize tasks to ensure building efficiency.

  • Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

What’s Needed?

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, lifting/carrying heavy objects.

  • Strong work ethic with a focus on following procedures and safety protocols.

  • Excellent communication skills for clear and concise information exchange.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
