Are you passionate about quality control and ensuring top-notch standards? A Robert Half client is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to help maintain and enhance our operational quality through rigorous compliance standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact on our overall efficiency and quality control within the construction industry. Based in Naperville.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of our quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure quality protocols are understood and followed.

• Perform regular site visits and internal audits to evaluate project quality and adherence to compliance standards.

• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, addressing any discrepancies or areas for improvement.

• Facilitate corrective and preventive actions based on audit results and quality reports.

• Act as the key liaison with external auditors during the ISO certification process.

• Organize and manage quality review meetings to address ongoing compliance goals and performance metrics.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to all quality assurance activities and compliance levels.

  Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the construction industry

• Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and best practices

• Demonstrable knowledge and application of ISO 9001 standards

• Strong data reporting skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
