Job Title: Project ArchitectResponsibilities

• Work throughout all project phases from conceptual design to construction administration

• Create detailed plans and specifications, including floor plans and elevations

• Produce full sets of construction documents in Revit

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and general contractors

• Attend and lead client meetings

• Oversee construction processes

Essential Skills

• Experience producing full sets of construction documents in Revit

• Experience leading construction administration

• Expertise in architectural design, schematic design, construction drawings, and design development

• Strong project management skills

• Accredited Degree in Architecture

• Licensed Architect

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Applicable project experience within municipal or education sectors

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88
