Job Title: 1st Shift Picker and Packer

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for all duties in pick, pack, and ship. A flexible attitude and willingness to perform both jobs is essential. Candidates will rotate between jobs throughout the day. The 2nd shift runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Work in the pick area using a cart with multiple scan codes.

• Scan the first code, pick the parts from the racks, and place them on the cart.

• Move the cart to the next area and wait for the next cart.

• Perform packing duties in a stationary position.

• Scan the order sheet, print the packing slip, and pack the product with additional pieces as specified.

• Place the packed box on the conveyor for sealing, labeling, and routing.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day

• Ability to read, write, and speak conversational English

• Ability to read small print

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Scanner experience

• 6 months of pick/pack experience

• Order picking

• Pallet jack operation

• Warehouse packing

• Packaging

• General labor

• Labelling

• Shipping

• Flexible attitude

• Willingness to learn

• Team mentality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
