Job Title: Order Filler

Job Description

We are looking for an Order Filler to join our team. This role involves working in order entry, processing orders, managing inventory, maintaining customer records, and creating shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries. You will also pick and pack orders, load and unload materials, and work in the mailroom sorting mail. This position is guaranteed to be 40 hours every week, with a start time of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and input them into the database

• Manage inventory

• Maintain customer records and contact information

• Provide open order reports as requested

• Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries

• Pick and pack orders to prepare them for shipment

• Load and unload materials

• Work in the mailroom sorting mail

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for an entire shift

• Attention to detail

• Proven record of good attendance

• Basic computer skills and experience performing data entry (minimum 6 months preferred)

Work Environment

This GMP medical device company produces hearing aids. The work environment is very quick-paced, temperature controlled, and resembles a call center more than a traditional production environment. It is extremely clean and does not have loud machinery. The mailroom is a smaller space where each contractor will have their own work table to sort and organize new orders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Illinois.

The pay range for this position is $17.70 - $17.70
