The Multi Domain Solutions Division at Leidos has an opening for a Signals Intelligence Specialist. The successful candidate is at the forefront of talented analytical teams, skilled at intercepting, analyzing, and exploiting foreign intelligence target signals. Primary Responsibilities
Understand collection requirements, platform capabilities, dataflows, and analytic methodologies Collect and analyze complex data for critical analysis, explore new sources of data, and combine data from disparate sources to validate information and extract new meaning
Execute and refine the process and procedure of instrumentation Signals Analysis operations in a purpose-built enterprise environment throughout the lifecycle of operations
Act as the authority in the mission area and provide time-critical recommendations
Collaborate with national and tactical collection elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience in digital signals collection, real-time operations, or signals analysis or a Masters degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
Proven experience and proficiency with Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented
Ability to work collaboratively and constructively with leaders across the site
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in multiple types of SIGINT collectionortechnical work at customer sites
Experience with specialized IC SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
Knowledge of specific customer requirements and intelligence oversightpolicies
Ability to evaluate and document system inaccuracies and identify improvements

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
