Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a Principal Intelligence Analyst to join our Independent Data Analysis Team at our Aurora, CO location. The individuals applying for this position should have experience with COMINT and an end-to-end understanding of heritage processing systems. Experience with a wide range of analysis tools and methods are desired. CBET experience preferred. Candidate must be a self-starting team worker able to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Candidate must be a clear communicator with the ability to present technical data to senior leadership and the customer.

Basic Qualifications for Principal Intelligence Analyst:

  • Education/Experience: 5 years applicable experience with Bachelors degree from an accredited college; 3 years with Masters, 0 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of applicable experience may be substituted for degree.

  • Operations/Technical Signals Analysis with experience conducting hands-on technical signals analysis or Air Force 1N2C (1N2 equivalent), Navy and Army 35S (98K Equivalent), 450 Basic COMINT Signals Analysis Course.

  • Active DoD Top Secret with SCI clearance required at time of application

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge, comprehension, and application of signals analysis techniques

  • Knowledge, comprehension, and application of tools/tool suites used in signal analysis (WVT, DVT, CHAUEE, IANA, CBET, GALE or similar).

  • Familiarization with AIM processing

Salary Range: $93,000 - $139,600

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
