Pharmacist Clinical Inpatient, Oncology Float

Location: UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: Pharmacy IP

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Rotating

Pay: $50.76 - $76.14 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Our inpatient pharmacist team provides team-based care to a wide variety of patients, including oncology and BMT, at our only academic medical center within UCHealth, located in Aurora, CO.

Schedule:

  • Full time float position with a primary focus of covering Inpatient Oncology and BMT.

  • 1 weekend every 4th week covering Inpatient Oncology/BMT patients (7am-3:30pm).

  • Rotate through one major and one minor holiday block each calendar year.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Inpatient pharmacy experience.

  • Prior oncology experience NOT required, but a desire to learn and be trained in oncology and BMT is a must.

  • PGY1 residency or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.

  • State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
