Shamrock Foods Operations Payroll Specialist in Aurora, Colorado
Offering $24-26/hour depending on experience
This position is responsible for collecting and entering data regarding payroll, which calculates incentive and hourly associates, based on the pay plan designed for the job functionality. This position provides payroll support to the Operations Department.
Essential Duties: Compiling payroll data for pay sheets and check processing and researching payroll inconsistencies Entering data into Excel spreadsheet and incentive web Generating, sorting and distributing pay sheets to Outlying areas and Phoenix based associates Maintaining sick leave, vacation, floating holidays, Jury duty, FMLA, Modify duty, etc. Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs Qualifications: Minimum of one year of payroll experience and HS diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience 10-key by touch experience, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email) Operation of fax and copy machines Must be willing to work flexible hours, Holidays and some weekends Ability to work with little supervision and be self-motivated must be self-motivated and take initiative, work with little supervision.
