Job Overview
The Clinical Social Worker I is a licensed clinician that conducts psycho-social assessments and interventions with patients/families and serves as a liaison with multi-disciplinary care team and external community agencies to implement interventions. Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Social Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of post-Master's full-time work experience providing psycho-social assessments and interventions to patients and families. Licensure(s):Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Colorado (CO) This position may require a BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
