Department: UCHlth Equipment Planning

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Hours are M-F from 8:30 am to 5 pm

Shift: Days

Pay: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Are you a strong communicator who is detail oriented, technology savvy and has excellent time management skills? This position supports 6 Supply Chain departments and 5 Directors across the UCHealth System from a UCHealth office location in Aurora, CO. To be successful in this role you must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with people, many of whom, do not work in the same office as you do. You will need to be able to rely on communicating via MS Teams, email, phone and text messaging as a primary means of staying in touch with the directors you support. Additionally, you need to be detail oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and proactively communicate your needs for additional guidance when needed. This role support a variety of administrative and analytic needs for the departments including but not limited to, SharePoint site development and updates, meeting/event coordination, agenda planning and development, placing resource requests and performing department payroll edits. Through engagement with the departments you support, you will have the opportunity to learn about UCHealth supply chain practices and to develop and grow your career at UCHealth.

Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED.

Required Licensure/Certification: None required.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience.

  • IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
