The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the regional leadership team. The Assistant represents the region by greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere toward applicants, employees, customers, and clients by providing excellent service, coordinating recruitment efforts, answering all inbound calls, and helping positively resolve inquiries, complain Principle Job Duties: Answer telephone calls and provide excellent customer service. Direct calls to the appropriate department and answer voicemails Maintain office supply inventory and process orders. Organize and refill supplies. Organize and maintain the delivery and mail area. Open and distribute mail. Code and process invoices. Help with walk-in customers. Other related duties as assigned. Assist the Revenue team with Reports, Account Receivables, and Notes Requirements: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Teams. Customer service. Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea-sharing and creative problem-solving.

Strong customer service skills and abilities. Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers. Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude). Ability to encourage open expression of ideas and opinions. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual is required. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays. Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.) Physical Demands: Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
