About the role:
The VP title is a Senior Account Executive role who is an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual who is looking to take their sales career to the next level. You must be willing to prospect and develop a strong funnel to be financially successful in this roll. This individual will leverage their existing network while building new relationships targeting accounts considered to be ideal client profiles for CBRE’s Network Advisory Services team.
These clients include:
Public and Private companies with a topline revenue of 300M and over in almost every vertical focus
Companies that have grown through M&A activity
Companies seeking assistance and guidance from CBRE’s Network Advisory Services team to assist with Audit Solutions and or Audit Solutions
Procurement of Digital Infrastructure:
Helping clients understanding their technology spend with a focus on:
Identifying billing errors and recovering cost
Identifying services the client is paying for and not utilizing
Identify services that CBRE believes we can renegotiate at better price points and terms and conditions for the client and/or show alternative options
Procurement
Assisting clients with selecting the correct technology vendors that meet their business and technical requirements
Documenting client’s requirements
Compiling a list of vendors
Provide client with recommendations
Assist with contract sourcing and negotiations

CBRE is NOT a vendor of services, we are the advisory firm helping clients understand their current technology vendors and assisting clients in selecting alternative vendors when needed.
What you’ll do:
•Secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building
•Provides prospective clients with pertinent information on network availability, current technologies, and market pricing
•Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares detailed analysis of service provider responses, and market comparisons
•Participates in contract negotiations and due diligence
•Maintains accurate and up-to-date funnel in SalesForce
What you’ll need:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
•5+ years of sales experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
•Ability to effectively present information
•Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
•Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
•Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $120,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
