Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Staff Development Specialist Ill to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing training needs, designing customized development plans, and delivering engaging instruction to foster the growth and effectiveness of our staff. Collaborating closely with department leaders, you'll identify skill gaps, lead training sessions across various formats, and create impactful presentations, manuals, and e-learning content. Additionally, you will evaluate the success of training programs and stay current with the latest trends in staff development to ensure continuous improvement..
To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited educational institution and one (1) year of work experience in staff development training program development and/or delivery. Directly related experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
