Job Description:

This position will assist in the development and publication of the annual Work Plan and will be responsible for the development of the annual State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP)/related Transportation Improvement Programs (TIPs), and managing/overseeing others performing required federal reporting. The position will be responsible for ensuring that the Department is following federal and state requirements relating to but not limited to Titles 23 CFR, Title 49 CFR, 23 U.S.C, 42 U.S.C Chapter 55, 49 U.S.C, and Maine Revised Statutes Title 23. Other responsibilities include processing and documenting changes to the TIPs/STIP, overseeing grant quarterly reporting, overseeing Fuels and FASH federal reporting, and other duties. Work is performed under limited supervision.

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:

Advanced experience in federal transportation funding types/eligibilities.
