We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Healthcare Regulatory Strategist to join our team supporting our shared-domain customers. As a Healthcare Regulatory Strategist, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and maintaining state/local regulatory requirements that impact our customers as well as other regulatory bodies and accreditations applicable across the United States. Your expertise will ensure our customers remain compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, enabling them to provide high-quality patient care while minimizing risk.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, Public Policy, or other healthcare related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
Knowledge of state and local healthcare regulations, including laws, rules, and guidelines.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) or a related field is preferred.
Oracle Health Millennium build knowledge for clinical applications (PowerChart, PowerForms, IView, Orders, PowerPlans, Ambulatory, Emergency Medicine etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze state and local regulatory requirements, including laws, rules, and guidelines, to ensure organizational compliance.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive regulatory database to track changes and updates to regulations.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, including clinical, operational, and leadership teams, to ensure understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to organizational leaders and staff on regulatory matters, including policy development and implementation.
• Develop and conduct regular regulatory audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and opportunity for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address regulatory deficiencies or non-compliance.
• Stay current with emerging trends, changes, and updates in healthcare regulations, advising organizational leaders on potential impacts and necessary responses.
• Participate in industry associations and networking groups to stay informed about best practices and regulatory developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, professional organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
