Oracle Federal Sustainment Test Lead and Integration Architect in Augusta, Maine

We’re looking for a Lead Integration Architect to join our Federal Testing Team.

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative testing leadership to a project team. Leads testing teams covering various projects in Federal including upgrades, package testing, interface testing and other general testing activities.

  • Provides solution functionality and integration expertise to both Cerner and client engagement teams, including, but not limited to, Federal testing practices, domain strategy, regulatory, code/package management, optimization, standards, and playbooks.

  • Proficiency in the tools supporting testing including Application Lifecyle Management or similar testing tools.

  • Monitors engagement progress as it relates to assessing and managing risk and ensuring appropriate testing coverage.

  • Ensures change control processes are in place and adhered to by client and Cerner project teams.

  • Coordinates solution and venue engagement activities with Cerner and client technical teams to support environmental/domain planning, test strategy and management.

  • Ensures business needs are understood and Cerner’s information technology strategies are enhancing client objectives.

  • 10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Cerner Millennium experience in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory and or INA.

As a Lead Integration Architect, you will engage with client leadership in test strategy planning and execution. You will provide test leadership consultation on integration and domain strategy and accountability for highly complex client programs. You will facilitate multi-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement test strategy.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years prior Cerner/Oracle Health implementation experience is required

  • Previous Integration Architect experience

  • Millennium design/build experience

Responsibilities

As an Integration Architect, you will be accountable for leading integrated client engagements. As a member of this team, you will manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, and requiring influence to achieve targeted outcomes. You will develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care, as well as develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue and change management strategies. You will be responsible for mitigating and resolving integration risks proactively; serving as the final point of escalation. You will also provide integration oversight for engagements so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed. In addition, you will be responsible for providing integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams, as well as consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

  • At least 3 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience

  • At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $88,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
