Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and innovative Program Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of operational costs, sales, and account growth within our paper mill industry. Your role will also involve generating continuous improvement initiatives for our company and customers, managing company assets, and maintaining consignment inventory. Additionally, you will be expected to build and establish relationships at all levels based on faith and trust, and use your expertise to troubleshoot and solve problems. This role requires someone who is results-driven, customer-focused, and able to work long hours, including being on call 24/7. The opportunity offers an attractive base salary, commission, and potential for growth.

This is a fully on-site position in Augusta, GA

Work Environment

Our work environment is very much hands-on and based in an industrial paper mill setting. The successful candidate will be expected to be comfortable in this setting and able to adapt to the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Multiple locations are available with relocation packages provided.
