General Summary:

Warner Bros. Discovery Creative ANZ is a multi-award-winning in-house agency specialising in creating brand identities, on-air promotions, branded content, and communications for consumer, trade, and corporate audiences. Our work spans various media, primarily TV and digital, for Warner Bros. Discovery’s Australia and New Zealand portfolio.

As a mid-weight Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining highly creative graphics for the Warner Bros. Discovery brands and shows. This includes developing marketing campaign creative for out-of-home, digital ads, and in product show art creative.

You will excel at developing creative ideas and pitching concepts to design leads. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our Design Director, Lead Designer, and the wider creative team. Building strong relationships with our programming, digital, and marketing teams is essential. You should be highly organised, able to manage deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your reliability and drive will make you a trusted asset in achieving the best possible outcomes for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing outstanding design concepts and compositions.

  • Presenting campaign design ideas to design leaders and the marketing team.

  • Creating campaign designs and versioning them for out-of-home, digital and print formats.

  • Producing HTML5 digital banner ads and marketing assets.

  • Be able to retouch photos and create key art from scratch

  • Formatting show imagery for ThreeNow.

  • Providing design and administrative support to the Lead Designer and Design Director as needed.

  • Ensuring accurate delivery of your work to the appropriate channels.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

  • Familiarity with Google Studio (or similar) to produce HTML5 banner ads.

  • Degree or relevant qualification in design

Qualities Required:

  • Exceptional design and composition skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Efficient in producing and versioning work.

  • Skilled in pitching ideas and generating concepts.

  • Dynamic self-starter.

  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Capable of accurately scoping projects.

  • Contributing to processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems.
