Looking for a Engineering Manager for a renowned bakery equipment company in Auburn, WA!

Job Description

The Engineering Manager is tasked with managing the daily operations of the product design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and applications engineering departments. This role involves driving results and efficiency, implementing processes and systems to meet and exceed business objectives. Responsibilities include leading product development, overseeing project logistics, resource allocation, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires direct supervision of personnel, interaction with customers, mentoring team members, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

This is a fully on-site position in Auburn, Washington.

Work Environment

100% onsite with a team size of 95 total employees, 60 in production direct labor and 8 individuals on the engineering team covering design, electrical, and mechanical manufacturing engineering.
