JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview :

• Audits multiple HRS products bank detail to ensure any imbalances are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

• Utilizes established processes and procedures to initiate the research and resolution of each audit issue.

• When necessary assigns issues to partner business units and monitors completion of the issues.

Responsibilities :

• Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of various HRS products in the Risk Management Portfolio and their corresponding systems.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Operational areas’ current processes and procedures and networks with the areas continually.

• Researches imbalances timely on multiple products and takes action in order to resolve the discrepancy while also determining the root cause of the imbalance.

• Works with external strategic partners as well as internal Operations areas and the field to aid in issue resolution while recommending process improvements.

• Applies sound judgment when approving transactions and researching imbalances escalates issues appropriately and evaluates the financial and operational impact before making a decision.

• Performs daily processing functions and compiles periodic reports Live the Values Act with uncompromising integrity.

Requirements :

• Associates Degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Access is required.
