McLaren Physician Partners is a joint venture partnership between the McLaren healthcare system and our Physician members. Our focus is on providing resources to physician offices which provide value and assist with engagement, clinical integration, contracting and quality.
Position Summary:
Assists patients with navigation through the healthcare system medical services, administrative systems and patient support services. Reduces barriers that keep patients from getting timely treatment by identifying patient needs and directing them to sources of emotional, financial, administrative, or cultural support.
This position is fully remote.

Required:
- Associate degree, preferably in a health-related field.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
One year prior work experience in health care.
