ManpowerGroup HVAC Controls Technician in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Our client, a leader in building solutions, is seeking a Controls Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Controls Technician, you will be part of the Operations department supporting building systems and operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically inclined, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Title: Controls Technician

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Pay Range: $ 26-31/hr (W2 Contract)

What’s the Job?

  • Performs system commissioning utilizing client-specific tools and processes.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

  • Responds to service calls and warranty claims.

  • Completes required documentation and administrative tasks.

  • Adheres to safety protocols and maintains a safe work environment.

What’s Needed?

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to utilize hand and power tools.

  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
