Job Title: Cleanroom Technician
Job Description
We are a rapidly growing medical device company based in Auburn Hills, specializing in the production of medical equipment. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for the washing, assembly, and disassembly of these devices. This role involves simple tasks requiring minimal hand tool use. You will move throughout various areas of the warehouse, learning a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform washing, assembly, and disassembly of machines.
Utilize hand tools for basic assembly tasks.
Read and follow written instructions from a manufacturing procedure booklet.
Inspect and ensure the quality of assembled products.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed.
Adhere to cleanroom protocols and maintain a controlled environment.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and understand written instructions in English.
Experience with basic hand assembly, similar to step-by-step furniture assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Manufacturing and assembly experience within a cleanroom environment is preferred.

Work Environment
You will work 100% of the time in the cleanroom throughout the facility, which can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The warehouse is newer and generally clean. You may also work on the dock to help unload and load freight. Some tasks may involve handling dirty pieces, but maintaining a clean work station is expected.
Shifts are:
1st shift, 6:00am-2:00pm (8 hour) or 6:00-4:00pm (10 hour) Monday-Friday
2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday
3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (8-hour shift) or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (10-hour shift), from Sunday to Thursday. Flexibility to work either schedule is required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.33 - $17.33
