Chapa-De Registered Dental Assistant - Supervisor in Auburn, California

Job Descriptions:

Salary: $28.65 - $35 per hour, DOE

Benefit Highlights:

  • Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RDA Supervisor to lead several of our dental assistants. This role is vital in ensuring that our dental assistants provide exceptional care and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for guiding and developing the dental assistant team, ensuring they are fully supported in their roles and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Duties:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dental assistants - fostering a culture of teamwork, growth, and continuous learning

  • Collaborate with other dental supervisors and department management

  • Promote a positive work environment where communication, collaboration, and respect are the foundation of team success

  • Manage and maintain smooth patient flow between reception and back office - problem solve & provide solutions to optimize flow

  • Be an EMR rock star - provide training & guidance

  • Communicate clinic priorities, goals, compliance and standards

  • Lead professional development of team members by identifying training needs and opportunities for growth

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • RDA license & CPR Certificate

  • At least 3 years chairside & EMR experience

  • Supervisory experience, highly preferred
