Job Description

We are looking for a Project / Program Manager to work for a leader in the utilities industry. In this program you will be supporting a high volume of assets to ensure risk mitigation and safety measurements are being met. The support will be responsible for managing multiple contracts, overseeing finances, and ensuring work gets completed on time. We need to make sure contracts are up to date and we have the right vendor in support of the teams. Based off data updates in the field we will also build this out into PowerPoint and PBI to showcase to leadership on project progress. There will be job walks to see the assets, relate to the work, and ensure safety precautions are being met.

Support will be working cross functionally with other teams and groups and providing updates to leadership teams and building out reports to show what you have been supporting. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ Project Management or Program Management experience

• Understand how to manage contracts, setting them up and executing on them

• Experience overseeing finance, contracts

• Experience building schedules so work gets managed affectively and on time

• Excellent oral and written communication - Previous experience working for this company

• Experience with SAP null
