Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator provides support in all administrative and event planning tasks. This includes but is not limited to creating marketing material and brand management, filing, communicating with client and customers, and scheduling of staff. Event planning and execution to include set up/breakdown, collaborating with other key players, managing event space, budget, layout and any other technical details. Managing social media accounts and supervising job tasks/responsibilities of marketing interns. The ideal candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills, balance competing priorities, effective time management skills, operate office equipment and be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for measuring the results of the marketing programs and gaining customer feedback
? Interact and build strong relationships with all levels of clients and customers, as well as, internal Aramark teams to accomplish goals and objectives
? Work with various levels of management within Aramark
? Influence in complex decision-making processes, as appropriately, pertaining to the marketing function
? Accountable for achieving financial results through teams' efforts
? Manage campus dining social media platforms, including brand storytelling, fan acquisition, and measuring success
? Develop and execute year-long marketing plan and events calendar
? Utilize sales tactics and growth enablers to increase meal plan penetration in all target markets

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field
? At least 1-2 years of event planning or marketing experience supporting public events
? Previous brand ambassador and customer service experience preferred
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
? A high level of technical, computer, and software skills is required for this position. The ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva and basic databases and software are required
? Solid time management skills and the ability to work independently while handling a complex and diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
? Written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver information to individuals or groups
? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Digital marketing knowledge, including social media, photo, or video experience
