Johnson & Johnson Medical is recruiting for a Project Support Administrator

Location: Athens, Greece

Fixed-term: 1-year

As Project Support Administrator you are responsible for receiving, processing, and recording customer orders. A key partner for handling customer inquiries and problems. This role will take ownership of transforming raw data into valuable insights and action plans aimed to improve Service and Customer Experience, as well as drive e-capabilities development. Assist in the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Input orders received from internal/external customers and responds to customer queries.

  • Provide updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions.

  • Ensure log is accurately filled out and that all queries have been answered accurately and efficiently.

  • Handle and interact with employees of distribution center for all delivery requests and consignment to customers and suppliers. Checks the accuracy of exchanged information between customer service dept. and distribution for this purpose.

  • Implement robust inventory management practices to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of consignment stock counts.

  • Responsible for data mining and insights aggregation, with the objective of designing proactive initiatives to improve Customer Experience whilst driving Operations efficiency.

  • Responsible for driving Automation & Self-Service adoption through ERP and applicable systems.

  • Support the digitalization journey within the local team.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Support project teams with resource allocation, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Generate and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and other project-related metrics to stakeholders. Assist in analyzing project data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications

  • English language (fluency/advanced level) and Greek language (native/fluency/advanced level).

  • Education Level: BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field are preferred

  • Years of Experience: Generally requires 1-3 years related experience and solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of Excel, familiarity with business intelligence tools

  • Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
