Alto Products Corp Maintenance Electrical Technician in Atmore, Alabama

Must be flexible working any shift. Objective/Position Summary - Works safely and effectively with all plant electrical circuits including 480V, 277V, 120V, and 24V systems Responsibilities - Installs, programs, and troubleshoots AC, DC, and servo drive. Installs, programs and troubleshoots programmable controllers. Installs, programs, and troubleshoots HMI and operating software Ability to install various types of conduits (Rigid, Seal-tight, EMT, etc.) Read and comprehend all electrical schematics Possess ability to install, trouble-shoot and maintain conduit wire, motors and electrical equipment Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, adjust, clean and maintain machinery, equipment, fixtures, piping and plumbing systems, etc. Read and comprehend blueprints, manuals, drawings, computer screens, sketches Responsibilities include skilled performance of industrial mechanical and electrical duties, maintenance and installation, including but not limited to hydraulics, pneumatic, and pumps. Work with other maintenance technicians to help increase their knowledge and skills as it pertains to this position. Repairs plant and machinery in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain the preventive maintenance system through controlled documentation. Investigate, report and recommend any engineering issues which may affect production efficiency. Install new and used equipment. Install and maintain services and utilities Partner with production management to minimize production loss and inefficiencies by identifying present or future problems. Ability to meet company policy for attendance and work schedule requirements. Transferable Skills - Must have ability to read and follow manufacturers specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings. Must be skilled in using hand tools, power tools, cranes, man lifts, measuring and test instruments. Must be proficient in the following trades: Mechanical Systems Electrical Systems Hydraulic Systems Pneumatic Systems Education and/or Experience - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 3 years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience is required
