This Atlanta Based Customer is looking for a Desktop support resource to help with the ITSC in supporting the service desk, change control, procurement and asset management. This resource will be joining 4 other Desktop support analysts on the team. They support roughly 2,000 end users in the Atlanta area. they do have multiple buildings with roughly about 500 in each. The shift will be a be an 8am to 5pm shift (can be flexible).

Day to Day:

90% of the time will be in the queue of their ticketing system. They utilize ServiceNow as a ticketing system. They will start by identifying what tickets are HOT. They will supporting a large Microsoft environment and very little MAC. They will see issues ranging :office 365(Permissions, editing rates, calendar, and navigation). Calendar syncing with your smartphone, excel issues, networking issues(Cant connect to printer, wireless is not working) and general desktop support issues.

10% Will be projects. There will be a hardware refresh during the contract that this resource will help with.
