Traffic Manager

Job Type: Contract | Location: Onsite, 4 days a week (Atlanta)

Overview:

We are looking for a Traffic Manager to oversee the flow of creative projects across teams, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and will ensure that all creative assets meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of creative projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources and timelines.

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all creative projects are delivered on time.

  • Oversee the assignment of tasks, manage priorities, and track progress using project management software.

  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct regular status meetings to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in traffic management or project coordination in a creative environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
