Insight Global Technical Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

Insight Global's client is searching for an Innovation Technical Analyst to join their team on a part-time, events basis in downtown Atlanta. The candidate will work with IT management to understand the technology needed for a given event and assist with the setup and testing as needed. This position will work with other IT teams and appropriate vendors to setup the needed technology for an event. This position will work in an event-based helpdesk that will be comprised of partners and internal IT resources that will work to document and resolve any issues that arise during an event. This position will also work to break down any technology as needed after an event and perform post event assessments.

This role requires a high-energy individual who has a passion for this field of work and the ability to be an initiative-taker. This position will require an extremely broad technical skill set. This position will collaborate very closely with other teams in IT, other departments, and vendors.

While on contract this candidate will be paid $26-$30 depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

 Vendor and Project management experience

 ServiceNow or similar ticketing system experience

 GPO and AD management experience

 POS support experience

 Microsoft Deployment Toolkit or similar imaging platform experience

 MaaS 360 / AirWatch/ JAAMF or other MDM platform experience

 Avaya Communication Manager or similar phone system management Bachelors degree required or relative IT Certifications. null
