Capgemini Teamcenter Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Location: Remote, USA

We are seeking a skilled Team Center Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Teamcenter Easy Plan, SLM, collecting requirements, and defining design specifications. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing process planning, product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, and strong security implementation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Siemens Easy Plan: Lead the implementation of Teamcenter Easy Plan software to optimize manufacturing plans and data management.

  • Implement Services Lifecycle Management: Lead the implementation of Services BOM and its related capabilities.

  • Requirements gathering: Demonstration of OOTB product to SME and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for manufacturing processes and system functionalities and define process map.

  • Solution Definition: Define and develop design specifications based on collected requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

  • Change Management: Manage configuration and change processes to ensure seamless integration of new product introductions and updates.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Siemens Easy Plan.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, design specifications, and user guides.

  • Security Implementation: Implement robust security measures, including Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Intellectual Property (IP) classification, to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • AIG : Define solution using Active Integration Gateway (AIG) to streamline processes and integrate with external system.

  • BMIDE : Strong experience to define data model for manufacturing and Service

  • Offshore Collaboration: Work closely with offshore teams to translate business requirements into actionable implementation plans, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

  • NX Integration: Integrate Siemens NX with Teamcenter and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance design and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 10 years of experience in implementing Teamcenter and manufacturing processes.

  • Proven experience with Siemens Easy Plan and Teamcenter PLM software.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process planning and lifecycle management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Security Skills: Experience with security implementation, including EAR and IP classification.

  • Offshore Coordination: Strong skillset in working with offshore teams and translating business requirements into implementation.

  • NX Integration: Experience with integrating Siemens NX with Teamcenter and other systems.

  • Experience with multi-BOM management and process planning.

  • Familiarity with Active Workspace client for Teamcenter.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing BOM (MBOM) and engineering BOM (EBOM) reconciliation.
