Talent Management, Intern
As an Intern in Talent Management, you will assist with our global talent management programs. You are a team player who is curious, inclusive, and detail oriented in your approach.
You will:
Assist with the planning and communications of employee surveys
Analyze data from surveys to find insights
Assist with the development of training resources in support of the global performance management and mentoring programs
Research topics related to talent programs to aid in the development of HR and employee resources
Assist with the creation of standard work processes, project plans, and templates
Participate in team meetings and one on one meetings as relevant
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience
Internship or work experience in an office environment preferred
Pursuing a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology with an concentration or minor in Industrial/Organizational psychology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once
Ability to build relationships with people and effectively communicate
Experience working with confidential data and using statistical software packages to analyze data
The role is based in the Northpark Office in Atlanta, GA and has some flexibility to work remotely.
