We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. You will leverage your extensive recruitment experience and strategic mindset to develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill critical positions across the organization, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to attract top talent.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, initial interviews, and skills assessments, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future staffing needs.

  • Build productive partnerships with stakeholders across all levels to gain their trust as a knowledgeable advisor and strategic partner.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

  • Leverage data and analytics to advise and influence business partners & stakeholders.

  • Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or University degree from four-year College or University

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition recruitment, in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that support organizational objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment outcomes and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • CPG specific recruiting experience is highly preferred
