Description We are offering an opportunity in the Environmental industry based in Atlanta, Georgia. The role is for a Systems Analyst who will be instrumental in providing support to small businesses, primarily dealing with systems based on both Linux and Windows. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including networking tasks, troubleshooting, and working on financial databases or ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to small businesses, ensuring their systems run efficiently and effectively.

• Utilize both Linux and Windows operating systems, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both.

• Handle networking tasks, ensuring connectivity and seamless communication within the business.

• Offer Tier 3 support at the help desk, dealing with complex issues and providing solutions.

• Work with financial databases or ERPs, understanding their structure and functionality.

• Display an open-minded approach to problem-solving, not being afraid to deal with unknown issues.

• Conduct research when necessary to troubleshoot and solve problems.

• Show a willingness to learn new things and adapt to new systems or technologies.

• Use skills in Database, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, Tier 3 Support, Technical Support, Microsoft Windows Server, SAP ERP, Linux, Networking, System Administration, and System Analysis. Requirements • Proficient in Database Management and System Administration

• Proficient in Configuration Management and Deployments

• Proficient in System Analysis and Technical Support

• Proficient in Tier 3 Support and Networking

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux

• Proficient in SAP ERP and Computer Hardware

• Previous experience in an environmental industry setting is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
