- Lead architectural and technical discussions with clients and promote NCRs latest products.
- Analyze, design, develop, enhance, integrate, and support NCRs Enterprise Banking solutions.
- Perform Architecture, design, and code updates for product enhancements.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing NCR products portfolio.
- Collaborate with other product teams in assessing the functional impact before picking up new product releases.
- Serve as a technical consultant contributing to and directing the efforts of development, quality assurance, deployment, and software support teams.
- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
- Work with external customers to understand production incidents and problems to provide best possible solutions to NCR customers.
- Assist with solving architectural, technical, and deployment challenges.
- Promote the culture of disruptive innovation.
- Work in close partnership between cross-functional teams, clients, and management
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on issues and incidents reported by customers.
- Carry out memory leak and performance analysis on NCR offered solutions.
- Enhancing the NCR products to comply with standards such as Payment Card Industry.
- Adopt, implement, and support Cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
- Other duties as necessary.
- Position may be eligible for part time telecommuting.

8 years of experience in product development using Agile methodologies
8 years of experience in enhancing and support of applications developed using C++ and COM (Component Object Model) technologies
