The hotel is searching for a Stewarding Supervisor to work the AM Shift.

The Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting to supervise a team of Steward Colleagues who are responsible for banquet back up, supplying china, silverware, glassware and other food/beverage vessels; stocking and pushing hot boxes; dishwashing from all kitchen areas and overall cleanliness of Kitchen and Food & Beverage areas of the hotel.

What are we looking for:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment.

  • Refined verbal skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must have physical stamina to lift and push/pull moderate amounts of weight.

Qualifications:

minimum of 2 years Stewarding, Culinary, Janitorial, or related experience

a desire to excel, train for management level positions

flexibility to work holidays, weekends

ability to stand and walk for 8 hours minimal

ability to lift and push equipment at various weight levels
