Bohler Engineering Sr. Project Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia

Our Atlanta Office is looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
Project coordination, including conferring with the client, attorney, project team, and Bohler affiliates for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan application
Supervise procurement of applicable, final permits and approvals
Use Newforma to file emails, store & search project contacts & send large files via Info Exchange
Format and edit proposals, letters, reports, and all other correspondence from the draft stage to client-ready work
Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and project managers
Preparation of written correspondence with outside agencies, clients, attorneys, contractors, etc.
Follow filing/document management process for electronic and paper documents
Training, development, and mentoring of administrative staff and project coordinators
Coordinate permitting approval process
Approve subs, coordinate fieldwork, follow on deliverables
Subconsultant invoicing review and coordination for approval
Coordinate and compile status updates, reports, plans, and applications on multiple projects throughout the various phases for internal and external use, including submittal to state and local agencies
Compile due diligence and site investigation reports
Prepare Prebill reports
Track project schedules, budgets, and delivery of production work on projects and overall accounts
Coordinate and compile status updates on multiple projects throughout the various phases for internal and client use
Schedule and coordinate internal team meetings, Kick Off Milestone Closeout, etc., hearing schedules, submission scheduling
Write specific scope for contracts and proposals w/engineer’s help
Review/prepare community mailings, hearing folders and exhibits for use at public hearings
Develop Project schedules/charts
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

What You'll Need:
High School diploma or GED required, Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred
7+ years of experience supporting management level. Experience in civil engineering, environmental, land planning, survey or related field preferred
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner
Ability to work under minimum supervision and resolve issues independently
Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize
Must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines
