Job Description
Lead and leverage technical solution expertise with Oracle Supply Chain Planning systems applications effectively implement overall roadmaps, programs in this space.
Troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
Develop implementation plans in coordination with stakeholders. Help/ support business case development for Oracle Supply Chain Planning cloud technology projects across the divisions globally.
Architect the technical solutions expertise with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud effectively and implement overall roadmaps and programs in this space.
Execute projects that will effectively transform the End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Solution across multiple Business Units.
Lead the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, and systems integration.
Project scheduling and resource management
Coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
Provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.
Oversees the specification and execution for development program units in the Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud platform.
Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place and being followed by the Supply Chain Planners and Supply Chain Analysts teams.
Identify resource and requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.
Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and excellence.
Manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution.
This person is responsible for delivering system implementation, enhancements, and production support. The role will work with the associated business counterparts in end-to-end supply chain planning to identify, build, test, deploy solutions and support in a production environment. The end-to-end supply chain planning consists of demand planning, sales & operational planning, replenishment planning, and supply planning. The business outcome is to drive the process & planning digitally. The role will partner extensively with the Global Implementation Team that executes Global Supply Chain Planning Systems.
Base salary ranges from 180-190K

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of overall work experience in project management, IT and/or Supply chain planning fields (specifically within Oracle Cloud Supply Chain domain)
- 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Planning domain (Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning Modules)
- Experience working within an Enterprise specifically in supply chain planning systems, preferably Oracle Supply Chain Planning platform
- Good understanding of Oracle ERP - 1 years experience for implementing the Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud solution. null
