Honeywell Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters. You will ensure that all operations and transactions are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, and leading investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance, promoting a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization. You will work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by fostering a culture of integrity, ethics, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive integrity and compliance program across the organization, ensuring that all business units comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance and support to business units on integrity and compliance matters

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies

  • Lead investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on integrity and compliance

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of integrity and compliance programs and recommend improvements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance
