About the role:

The Solutions Technical Delivery Specialist, NA is responsible for supporting the North American sales team in execution of projects and services to meet the customer’s expectation. You will be responsible for handling post sales implementation of critical projects by providing project management support or being the subject matter expert for a select few applications. This role would be the technical expert from installation standpoint on low runner but key products such as vision, IMLC and other upcoming initiatives and a feeder to a Project Manager role within the NA Sales Operations team.

This position is part of the North America Sales Operations team and based out of Duluth, GA and can be done remotely or hybrid with an expectation of 60% travel.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide Installation support to Videojet customers requesting a Software/Machine Vision Solution

  • Act as the Project manager for key projects to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction

  • Be responsible for all non-commercial aspects of Videojet Integration projects into production facilities, from PO receipt to project completion, including:

  • Cross functional collaboration with Service, Operations, Tech Support and other functions to ensure OTD

  • Site/Production Line preparedness

  • Personnel scheduling and coordination for Videojet, the end user, and third-party contributors

  • Equipment scheduling and coordination for both Videojet and third-party contributors

  • Oversee the installation of all Videojet and third part equipment onto the customer’s production lines

  • Ensure the customer is kept up to date on all project action items

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by moving projects from implementation to completion while meeting or exceeding their expectations

  • Create Standard Work based on learning from installs which can be used to train the broader NA field organization.

Ability to think out of the box to conceptualize and examine solutions for customers

Are you qualified?

  • Associate’s degree in a technical field (such as IT, Computer Science, Electronics) is required

  • 3 years of experience working as an installation/Service technician for electronics based hardware products is required

  • Experience in installing and testing/supporting computer software systems

  • Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, network systems and databases preferred

  • Familiarity with project management tools preferred)

  • Detail oriented and self starter

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $74,000 - $88,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
