The Work You'll Do

The SimplrOps Sales and Success Manager is responsible for driving sales and leading customer success for SimplrOps. The manager is responsible for sales in the US and globally, starting with opportunity and account identification and managing the sales cycle from positioning all the way through to contracting. The Manager also leads customer success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting US and Global teams in the pursuit process, including guidance on positioning, assistance with pricing, and delivering live client demos

  • Supporting the contracting process

  • Serving as a point of contact for security and legal reviews and PMO'ing the process

  • Coordinating with industry sales champions and Offering Portfolio market leads to identify opportunities and accounts to target for penetration

  • Managing the US and Global pipelines

  • Owning sales environments

  • Supporting escalations and oversight for external clients

  • Managing additional team members including sales and support resources

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6+ year of experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably in IT service management solutions

  • 3+ years of experience presenting to senior level clients

  • 2+ years of experience managing the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a consulting role

  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in application operations services and/or HR technology transformation engagements

  • Enthusiasm for cloud technology solutions

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
