Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned product line in support of the organization's goals and market needs.
Develop comprehensive product plans to be shared with internal clients and external contacts.
Meet with internal clients to establish specific requirements of each product.
Oversees the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy.
Recommends enhancements to product line to stimulate sales and meet objectives.
Ensures products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
Analyze & document business processes through written documentation, workflow diagrams and high-level mock-ups.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of related work experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Knowledge of payments industry
Experience with excel for data manipulation and reporting purposes
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Quick Study of technical materials
Works well in teams and individually
Understands concepts of basic computer networking
Ability to interpret json messages and responses
Read and write XML scripting
Strong product management, design and development skills
Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and competitive analysis and computer skills
Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills
Works well in a continuously changing environment

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $91,290.00 - $107,400.00 - $118,140.00
