The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, Commercial Capability in Atlanta, Georgia

​The Senior Manager, Commercial Capabilities position is a critical role reporting directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Communications. The Senior Manager is responsible for supporting all the planning, execution, and optimization tools within the Commercial portfolio. This includes applications like: Coke Catalog and Commercial+ along with the reporting that supports each application. The incumbent will provide leadership to the North America System on defining the business requirements to ensure content and data are easily available to our internal and external partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and/or update training materials, conduct training, and use Change Management techniques to improve and sustain adoption of existing and new tools.

  • Steward the strategy and roadmap of applications they are responsible for with internal and external partners.

  • Plan and carry out enhancements to applications they are responsible for.

  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, Commercial, Account teams, Franchise, Bottlers, and the technology stakeholders.

  • Identify and articulate business requirements and ensure technology solution achieves goals.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Communicate complex topics and influence their adoption & usage across a broad spectrum of partners & stakeholders

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Technical aptitude (SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, Salesforce, Anaplan a plus)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related area required

Experience Required:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in developing and stewarding the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of large-scale solutions and services with a demonstrated record of customer focus.

  • Experience with training development, design, and deployment

  • Implementation of complex enterprise-wide processes and solutions

  • Successfully lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Proven ability to lead matrix project/initiative teams

Experience Preferred:

  • CPG customer management and sales account management / development

  • Coca-Cola full system knowledge

Skills Required:

  • Program / Project Management (PMP certification a plus)

  • Product Management

  • Change Management

  • Presentation Skills
